Brazil covers almost half of the South American continent and it is bordered to the north, west and south by every country in South America, except Chile and Equador. To the east is the Atlantic Ocean.
The beautiful island of Itaparica is located in the State of Bahia in the north eastern region of the country. This is where I run a series of holiday courses and workshops in the arts, health and well-being. All courses and workshops are fully inclusive including accommodation and meals with an emphasis on a healthy but not obsessive diet. These courses are ideal for people wishing to combine a holiday and learn or develop skills, live a balanced and rewarding life and meet like-minded people.

I am currently organising more courses on the island of Itaparica, Brazil for 2007. These courses range from five to twelve days in duration, are fully catered by professional chefs and all transport and accommodation can be organised including flights and airport pick-ups.
