'Le Cerf Gris' is situated in the historical village of Moux, surrounded by beautiful countryside, famous for its Merlot grape vineyards and just 20 minutes from Carcasonne. This grand 19th century property has been wonderfully restored by owners Richard and Mary who now run it as a venue for courses and workshops in mosaic art, cookery and other subjects, details of which can be found on their web site www.artholiday.com .
