Self massage, loosening of the joints, tonification
sequence with music, breathing and Qi exercises,
standing posture.
Afternoon:
Tonification sequence, the three Dantiens (visualizations
and meditation) breath work and introduction
microcosmic orbit and inner smile.
3rd day:
Morning:
Self-massage, loosening of the joints, raising
QI exercises, QI Gong for women, microcosmic
orbit.
Afternoon:
Qi gong for women, Circles of the tigress, breath
work, moon meditation.
4th day:
Morning:
Self-massage, loosening of the joints, some static
postures, Qi Gong for women, Circles of the
tigress
Afternoon:
Working on particular Meridians, Qi Gong
for women, breath work, inner smile
meditation.
5th day:
Morning:
Self-massage, loosening of the joints, more static
postures, Qi Gong for women.
Afternoon:
Qi Gong for women, microcosmic orbit, moon
meditation.
On the Tuesday evening
there will be an end of course party.
This is a general program that of course can be
changed according to the necessities of the people
in the group.
