(2) A movie of your property with licence music and professional voice over on DVD and other formats including web movie for publishing on several web sites affiliated to us and all marketing conducted by colinmichael.com. Your property will be promoted worldwide using campaigns focusing on your property specifically on Google and other major search engines. Interested parties can then contact you directly. Price guide: £1500-2000.

(3) This complete package includes all elements of option (2) as well as a property specific web site, multiple listings on affiliated sites full negotiations conducted by us, including coordinating visits and price negotiation and then starting transactions using lawyers affiliated with us.

Terms of business:
(Package 1&2). We ask clients to pay a 50% deposit on arrival at your property to shoot your movie.The remaining 50% of the quoted price will be payable on clients approval of the final edit posted on this web site and then sent by post/courie or Email.

(Package3). We ask clients to pay a 50% deposit on arrival at your property to shoot your movie. Another 25% of the quoted  price will be payable on clients approval of the final edit posted on this web site. The final 25% will be payable only when a sale has been agreed and deposit paid by buyer.
